I'm a product and technology leader, and a builder at heart.
I'm Chief Product & Technology Officer at Flexible, a private company that owns and operates a group of Canadian businesses. I work across them to find where product, technology, data and AI can make a real impact, then roll up my sleeves and build it with the teams who run them.
Before that I led product at Shopify on buyer identity and Customer Accounts. Over 20 years I've worked across technology, strategy, delivery and operations, 14 of them leading product, from 0→1 launches to platforms used by millions.
I still build my own apps and games at Uproar Studios, run my own ecommerce brand, Joshua & Clark, and teach product management at Product School.
